Hello All,
Just for fun I checkt my engine thrust yesterday. The cage was pressing with the nose onto a digital scale. The thrust with a Hirth F36 engine (discontinued) with a standart exhaust got me just above 39kg at 6100 rpm. Propeller is an Airplast threeblade, the one with the steel springs and aluminium hub.

Hi Phil, ratet power output is 15 hp at 6000 rpm. Hirth took over the production of the Solo 210 a while ago and gave it an alternator coil and a nicasil coating. It is not on their website anymore but here is a link with the data: recpower.com/F-36%202%20cycle%2015hp.htmCheers, Atmo
