Hello Christian,,
Maybe I do. The Brightstar Swift I bought a couple of years ago came with a foot launch cage and a trike. The trike seems to be an original US one, mine has a four cylinder Koenig radial engine. It came with a few sheets of paper conversation with Brian Porter. What do you need to know? The Brightstar manual, I am quite sure, is the same as the one you sourced for me, the Aeriane first generation one.
Greetings,
Atmo

Hello Atmo,
I thought the manual from the original Swift was this from the Standard Swift from Aériane, the first Swift developped by Aériane. You can see on that manual the references of Aériane. I'm searching the original manual from Brightstar.
I had a contact with Stephen that ask me to take contact with Brian. I will contact Brian. If you have some paper, let me know about these.
In fact, there is a member on our forum that intends to buy a Brightstar Swift and he wanted some information plus the principle points to control on it. I could give him the points to control on a Swift Light PAS from Aériane. But what are the differences with the Brightstar Swift and what are the points to control on the Brightstar Swift?
Regards

Hi Christian,
The winglets of the Brightstar are a little bit lighter build then the Aeriane Standard winglets. At the first look there is only marginal differences in build detail. Biggest difference for me is that the spring load of the flaps is a lot stronger than the aeriane Swift. I think even the parts of the fuselage should be interchangeable. We are having a short flying holiday at the moment, once we are back home I can try to slip the standard wings on the Brightstar cage. They are solidly build and I would check the same points like on a Aeriane Swift. The control mechanism for the hammock adjustment for footlaunch is a bit tricky on the Brightstar I found. They used a slightly modified automotive seatbelt recoil mechanism, my mechanism jams all the time. Hope that helps a little bit.
Cheers,
Atmo

Thanks Atmo
Finally, I found the mail received from Aériane with the manual. Vincent said that the manual is the manual from the original Brightstar Swift. I have now to find a modified manual with the information about a BrightStar Swift PAS and all the specifications that are normally different than the free flight version.

Christian
