It is a very sad news,
Josef was really a good guy. We had nice fights together last year in Grabenstetten and Aspres, and very good after flight moments...
I am very disappointed , nothing more to say...
RIP Josef.

A very bad news. I had very good contacts with Josef when I though to go to the event at Grabenstetten. He was an active member of the forum. RIP Josef

I am heart broken for the loss of Josef, which I had just reconnected through this forum... Although we spent together a very limited amount of time together long a go, he was the kind of guy you easily bonded with - a very cheerful soul indeed. May all of his family and friends find some peace in order to cope with this dificult moment.

I met Josef when i was flying at Aspres in France. I enjoyed his company and he was a really nice relaxed person. I bought his free flight fuselage fairings from him as he had converted his free flight Swift light to an E-Swift. Sad times when we loose fellow pilots that we have known.

I’m completely shocked. Josef became a friend, since I took over his SWIFT in December last year. We wrote a lot and phoned frequently… He helped me in any question, always friendly and in patience. Last call was on Saturday in the evening…
I remember him in best memory and express here my most sincere condolences to his Family.
RIP Josef
